Replacing your roof is a significant project ofter required out of neccesity. If a roof replacement is needed and is not completed, the bill quickly adds up as water creeps in and damages the rest of your home or building.
We have completed hundreds of roof replacements and replaced many a tile roof with a shiny new steel one.
OUR RE ROOF PROCESS
1. New Roof Quote Stage
We will assign a dedicated project manager to be your point of call from that moment on wards. Upon receiving the request to quote a new roof, they will call you and arrange a time that suits to come out to your site and do the measure needed to quote accurately (if the walls aren’t up yet we can quote off plans too.)
2. Coordination Process
After the quote for your new roof has been accepted, we order the materials and are in a good position to then give you our anticipated time for project commencement. Laying a new roof does require a degree of calm to the weather, in extreme situations we may have to delay the beginning. Where this the case you are kept in the loop each step of the way.
3. Laying The Roof
Working with your builders, we time the arrival of materials to ensure they spend as little time possible waiting to be laid. Our roofers will lay the roof, ensure the flashings are water tight and clear up any rubbish created by them. Upon project completion we ensure you are happy and then leave you to finish off the rest of your home.
4. After Project Service
It is not uncommon for a new roof to have one or two small leaks after being laid. Often surfacing after the first dose of heavy rain, they aren’t expected but do occur. Warkworth Roofing guarantees the new roofs they lay and will be out e to source and seal these leaks if they appear. Your roof will also carry a manufacturers warranty of 10 years.

Do you only do steel roofs?
We can remove most types of roof but only repair or lay steel roofs.
Will you complete a job outside of the mentioned region?
Dependant on job size we do often complete jobs outside of the suggested locations. Get in touch to see if we can make it happen.
Are you able to work on large scale development projects?
Do you have finance options?
Unfortunately we do not have finance options available. Previous customers have sought personal loans from their banks if necessary at far better rates than your standard loan deal.
